This is a guy who knows what he's doing cleaning a car and takes great care to make sure you believe it for yourself. Immaculate work. Took my Shun chef's knife and santoku to Nolan earlier this evening; he had them done shortly thereafter, and I'm pretty sure the edges are sharper than factory now! Tested them out on a sweet potato and they made quick work of it. Will absolutely bring those knives and others back to Nolan in the future.
